The Idea Exchange
The Girl Guides are an organisation with a dwindling membership and
lack of young dynamic volunteers. 
In response to a student brief to turn around an organisation with
'image problems', I envisaged a campaign to inspire young women aged
20-35 to be part of a conversation, or an ‘Idea Exchange’ about women
in the 21st Century. 
These conversations are to be lead by female public figures who are
well known for promoting women’s rights through a series of live events,
digital content and webinars.
